2DaySigns.com must authorize the return of any merchandise. Custom printed items are not eligible to be returned. Returnable merchandise is subject to a restocking fee. All items to be returned require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact Customer Service to request an RA. RA’s must be requested within 15 days of receipt of product. Product must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging to be considered eligible for a return. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided to you by your Customer Service Representative.
If your shipment appears to be damaged, please note this to the driver when the shipment is being delivered. Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly assist you in filing a freight claim with the freight company. Please keep all boxes and packaging materials as the freight company may decide to conduct an inspection of the sipping materials. Customer Service is available Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm at 1-800-513-1695.
Custom printed items are not eligible to be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to include the required funding declarations (disclosures) for political advertising. Each district, region, and state have different laws regarding political advertising and appropriate copy must be supplied with your order. Artwork approved without the proper disclaimer is not the responsibility of 2DaySigns.com.
Before placing your signs on public property, please check with your local code enforcement office for sign placement requirements - this is your responsibility.
