Return Policy
We’ll always make it right when there’s a problem. For standard, non-custom items, returns require a Return Authorization (RA).

Return Eligibility
2DaySigns.com must authorize the return of any merchandise. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA).
Custom printed items are not eligible for return because they are produced specifically for your order.
To be eligible for a return (when allowed), items must meet the following:
- RA requested within 15 days of receipt
- Products are new, unused, and in original packaging
- Returnable merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee
How to Start a Return
If your item qualifies, we’ll make the process simple.

Contact Customer Service
Request a Return Authorization (RA). Have your order number ready.

Get Your RA + Return Address
We’ll provide the correct return address and any instructions needed.

Ship It Back (Traceable + Insured)
Return shipments must be prepaid and sent using an insured, traceable method.

Inspection + Resolution
Once received, we’ll inspect and then issue a refund/credit or replacement (as applicable).
Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If a return is approved, eligible merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. If a restocking fee applies, we will disclose it during the RA process.
Refused / undeliverable shipments: If an order is returned due to refusal, address issues, or missed signature delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any reshipment costs.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
Damage is rare, but if your shipment arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- When possible, note visible damage with the driver at delivery
- Keep all packaging materials (carrier may request inspection)
- We can assist with a freight claim with the carrier
Tip: Photos of the box, label, and damaged items speed up claim processing.
Political & Placement Responsibility
For political advertising, it is the customer’s responsibility to include any required funding declarations/disclosures. Laws vary by district and state.
Please also check local requirements before placing signs on public property.
Artwork approval matters: If artwork is approved without the proper disclaimer text, it is not the responsibility of 2DaySigns.com.
