We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. For the best print quality, set up your file at 33.5" × 80" at a minimum of 100 dpi at full size (or 300 dpi at a reduced scale). Yes. The aluminum alloy base and retract mechanism are designed for frequent setup and takedown—ideal for businesses and organizations that exhibit regularly. The 8 mil Polypropylene banner material is rigid enough to retract cleanly and resists the curling that plagues thinner banner films. With normal indoor use, the stand and banner will hold up through many events.

Setup takes under 60 seconds. Simply place the base on a flat surface, pull the banner up by the top bar, and lock in the adjustable support pole at the back. No tools required. Breakdown is equally fast—release the pole, lower the banner, and retract it back into the base before storing it in the padded carrying case.

This banner stand is designed for indoor use and calm, sheltered outdoor environments such as covered entryways, patios, or event tents. It is not recommended for open outdoor use in windy conditions, as the large banner surface can catch wind and cause the stand to tip.
