2 DAY SIGNS GUARANTEE THE GUARANTEE: Our Production Facility will print and ship your order no more than 2 Standard Business Days after receipt of your written proof approval. THE CONSEQUENCES: If we fail to deliver on our guarantee, we will knock 10% off your order no questions asked.  To date, we have shipped 99.8% of our orders ON TIME!

THE FINE PRINT: Once you place your order, our Graphics Team will prepare your artwork for print and email you a proof to review. This usually happens within 2-4 hours during normal business hours. If you place your order after normal business hours, you will receive your proof early the next business day. Once we receive written approval back from you that the artwork is approved, the countdown begins. See chart below for specific details:

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Saturday, Sunday, and Major Holidays are not considered standard business days. Approval times are based on the time our email servers receive your email. Once we receive your written approval, you will receive an email back informing you that we have received your approval and your Guaranteed Ship Date. Due to SPAM filters and other internet issues, email is not always 100% reliable. We recommend calling Customer Service at 1-800-513-1695 to verify we have received your email approval. We are not responsible for emails that are not delivered. Remember, your approval must come in the form of an email. Approvals given over the phone will not qualify.
